Hello!

For nearly four decades, I navigated life without a compass to understand myself or my family. This lack of clarity profoundly influenced my leadership style in work and how I parented. In the absence of answers, countless narratives were invented, to plug gaps in my understanding. I was relentless in my drive to do and be better, pushing myself to the limit. Predictably, it led to a major burnout at just 38-years-old.

Both before and after my burnout, I sought leadership coaching and therapy. However, neither of the professionals I turned to understood my unique brain wiring and the impact it had. Even in those spaces, I felt the pressure to mask or educate, while paying for the privilege.

So, I decided to train as a specialist ADHD coach and build on my existing coaching qualifications. This was my commitment to providing a tailored experience that fits Neurodivergent thinkers rather than expecting them to fit in.

I am proud to finally see my strengths in all their glory and understand exactly how to channel them. I find so much joy in harnessing these strengths to design coaching and training packages for my clients.

I found my gold. It’s time to uncover yours.
